What is B.COM Corporate:

Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Secretaryship is a 3-year undergraduate course that teaches the students modern office procedures and practices.

It also helps them in developing skills that are needed to maintain official records of the company. This three years course trains the student in secretarial practice and covers various topics like Financial Accounting, Company Accounting and Company Laws, Income tax laws, Business Management, Industrial laws and much more.

After the completion of the course, a student can take the role of a Credit Analyst, Sales Team Manager, Risk Analyst, Sales Executive and Corporate Manager. Any student enrolling for this course should be 12th pass with any ICSE, CBSE or any relevant state Board holding 45% or above.

The Banking & Finance specialization includes the core concepts of investment, corporate finance, financial analysis and banking economics.
