Dr D Prabha, Dean St Xavier’s college, Bangalore. An International Researcher, Academician & Author of many Books, Articles & papers. She is a Master of commerce, Master of Business Administration and Master of Philosophy in Marketing and Bachelor of Education, she is a meticulous, enthusiastic and dedicated professional with extensive experience of more than 20 Years in Renowned Colleges, Business Schools, Research, Teaching, Training and Management. Her area of interest are Marketing for customer value, Strategic Management, Consumer behavior, Strategic brand management, International Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Management Research Methods and Human Capital Management, She has Adroit in guiding, shaping, inspiring and motivating students in achieving their goals with their full potential in the classroom and in the workplace. She has Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills along with positive attitude are major assets that have helped surpass expectations in her profession. She has published 75 Research papers in National and International Journals Including Scopus, ABCD, Web of Science, & open Access. She has Published Book on The Topic of 1“Brand Management, 2. She has attended as an External Examiner for BU-MBA- Viva-Voce for many colleges. She has conducted Research Workshop in Many colleges. She has been appointed as Chair Person for many Research Conferences and guided many PhD Scholars. She has Received “All India Women’s Achiever Award” (AIWAA) for Outstanding Educator in 2021.
